Seems simple enough, I was going to buy a relo bracket but might as well just do it this way. Good Stuff! What did you use to cut the sheet metal?

Interesting that these tend to snap. I will keep an eye on it. I wonder how a 1 piece bracket out of steel, firmly mounted, would have any area that would vibrate in a way that will make it snap. If it does i will update this post.

Well nciron - you were right, the rain came! noticed a crack after 4,000ish miles. Made a new one, but this time i made 2 and they are clamped together at the attachment points. This one 'should' last.
