Default Wiring problem

So in doing a home made coil relocation I had to swap 2 wires going into the coil. I have read about others doing this with no problems, but now my bike will only run so long and it dies, then if I can start it again it will die if the RPMs get low. I usually have to wait awhile before it will start again. There is a yellow/blue strip wire blue/purple strip wire, and 2 yellow/green stripe wires. I switched the yellow/blue and blue/purple. Whats going on?

Oh, my sportster is an 07 xl883

Put the wires back the way they belong or cross the plug wires.
