For you guys that moved there coil, there are 4 wires that run to the coil but there are not 2 and 2 of the same color just 4 different colors. I need to reverse mine so the plug wires will not cross so how did you do it? I really do not want to screw it up before soldering in an extension. Or do I simply cut all 4 and reverse and re solder? Example:: wire 1-2-3-4 becomes 4-3-2-1 or ???
Sorry, I know this does not make alot of sense but don't have the camera here.
on my 07 train, had to swap two wires, blue with orange tracer and yellow with blue tracer...did the swap in the connector, so i extended all four wires 1-to-1....once done the wires in the connector end up in the following order from right to left when view from the side that has the locking tab:
1. yellow/blue
2. blue/orange
3. gray/blue
4. yellow/green
if you went with 9 3/4" wires, be sure to check the measurements if you are going to face the coil down. mine were 9" and were barely long enough with the coil facing up. The wire lenght includes the boot lengths when you order from uskool lines.

i got the coil facing down, my are 8.5" wires reach fine...will be replacing those with 9" from uskoolines to get a bit more curve in them....btw, your version of coil relo is my favorite, thanks for sharing...

no, i swapped the wires in the coil harness plug so the spark plug cables won't cross (thanks to tx_outlaw for the info)...after seen your pics, i might change my coil to face up, yet no hurry to do it...btw, love your headers, porker right?
