Cant L84 and 1985 models interchange with 86-03 as well? I think ive read A 01 should fit in a L84 or 85 frane if you relocate the jiffy stand because the frame has the indents in it like the newer years. Is that right? I know L84-91 are interchangeable if you do that because ive been searching what i could install in my frame if and when this engine blows up. But would much rather have the 5 speed sporty evo engine in my frame.
