Hey guys, im going to have the bike up and running soon. Winter in Germany seems to be going away. I planned on installing Squid bars (12inch High) on the 48. As well as a joker tack relocater, and new grips. Im in no shape or form in a position to get the work done myself, so i wanted to take it to the dealership here. Just wondering if you guys think they will do all that work or will they be biased and tell me no for certain things?
Unfortunately i haven't located any kind of shop near k-town that can do minor and custom work/chop-shop. So my options are limited here. Also with 12in high bars will i need to purchase like a burly cable extension kit as well or will my stock cables and lines be able to fit?
Like i said i want to do some things to my bike that i can't and don't feel comfortable with doing myself because of time/space/knowledge. I don' t ever want to mess with anything electrical again by the way lol. Just want to know if harley will only do certain things when it comes to installation and aftermarket parts.
I'm sure most shops will be glad to do the work and will charge you accordingly. Just the handlebar install with new wires/cables will run you probably 6 hours of shop time.
