I received a new air fuel management & timing table by email from hammer performance along with some suggestions to help tune my bike. I'm having a hard time getting those tables into my win pv software so I can use them to make a tune. Also what program can you use to open these tables because I can manually enter them if I needed to

Do you try the Auto/Tune already?

 

make sure you enable "Pro" mode under Setup/Options/User Level in WinPV. A good bit of your timing and fuel management is hidden until you do.
