Default Software update

Hi, I’m trying to do a software update as my HD app is telling me I need to. When I go to the HD website then scroll down to software updates then the screen goes black and nothing happens. I’m using an IMac and also tried on a MacBook but the same happens. Can I not do this using an Apple product?

I was going to mention this to you... in your other post showing your screen- besides my joke about sport mode-
i just noticed your heated grip icon is showing- even when they are off.
im pretty sure that is a clue you are running old software-
the grip icon disappears when the grips are off, in the newer versions. (If im wrong please correct me)
i think you have to go back to the dealer for an ecm flash- it should be free.

Yeah I read that the new software update gets rid of the heated grips icon and only comes on when they are active. The UK is MPH not KPH

Reviewing the other thread on here- it looks like its just an infotainment update that you need.
This you can do yourself (i personally dont have a computer- so i havent figured it out yet).
My dealer here charges for this service.
I learned something new about the UK - miles not kilometers- thanks for that!
Cheers!

Looks like their site isn’t fully supported by Sarari as I get a black screen as well.

I just tried it on my MacBook using Google Chrome and it works.

Weirdly my app doesn’t have the orange software update required anymore. I’m not going to bother then I don’t think
