A very important part of any project is establishing traceability to organization's strategy, Vision, and Mission.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; In establishing this traceability, I will define what my organization's strategy, vision, and mission is.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; How my project help achieve the organization's mission and goals.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I will explain how our organization selected the project and the methodology used.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I will name the key influencers and stakeholders and provide stakeholder analysis, and power map analysis.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; After the analysis, I will discuss how to manage some of the stakeholders and influencers using the stakeholder analysis framework.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Finally, I will identify some of the challenges discovered, resolutions, and recommendations to get project back on track and the status of the project
