Default DISABLING DECEL FUEL CUT OFF

I have a 2021 Ultra Limited. Bone stock except for tab zombie slip ons. I'm perfectly happy with the bike as is no plans of ever modding ( OK maybe a better intake and tune if I ever get around to it) maybe a quick detach system but honestly not sure if I'll ever really want to do without the top case... Anyway the only reason I don't think the bike is PERFECT is because of the decel fuel cutoff. It drives me crazy. I've read that slightly adjusting the TPS to read 2% VS 0 when closed could do it but might cause problems. I've also seen that Vance n Hines and one other company makes a tuner that will toggle the cut off on/ off but over $400 for just that IDK, the dealer most likely cannot due to EPA regulations. is there any other way ? If anyone has ever done anything regarding this I'd really like to hear about it. Thanks Sincerely, Joe

Your bike is tbw with no iac motor so it will never see 0 or 2% tps. Warm it may get as low as 3% but usually 4-4.5 %. Cold it can be as high as 7-8%. It's been years since the bikes shut off the fuel during decel, now the injectors "trickle" a little fuel. Are you having an issue with decel popping?

Thank You for the reply Lone Wolf. After some research it looks like most/ certain tuners are the only way to toggle FDCO on/off. Screaming Eagle tuner will not. Others such as V&H, Power Vision will.
