I had no clue that my Ultra came with a tool kit! I just went out and found it in the left bag.
I cant wait to find else what else it comes with that I have yet to discover.

06 Gas Gas (spanish) dirtbike $6800 otd came with a tool kit
04 ski doo rev $6200 otd, (bought used for 4800) came with a seeminlgy well thought out tool kit!!
wtf!! 16,800 and you can't throw in $15 worth of cheap chinese made tools. Ah well, guess that all part of the Harley Experience
