2014 Glide
Depends on your situation....are you planning on keeping the bike stock or doing a stage one, for example, and then never changing the bike again? Or do you plan on making many changes and upgrades along the way? You can get by with a cheaper option if you don't plan on doing much to the bike.
I have the Power Vision 2 from dynojet that I got from FM. Best option out there imo, if you plan to make changes or "fine tune" your tune along the way. Plus I have the FM guys for support if I need it!

Welcome to the Forums.
That is a way general question.
You might want to read up on the various "tuners" as each has it's advantages and drawbacks depending on what other equipment is on your bike and your desired result.

FuelPak FP3.
Flashes ECM - not a "piggyback" tuner.
Download fuel maps wirelessly through cell phone.
Has auto tune feature built in - can fine tune the downloaded map while you ride.
Uses the stock O2 sensors.
Has real time display through bluetooth to phone to monitor a variety of parameters while riding.
V&H has opened up more and more configurations to the cell phone interface for manual tweaking of maps. I do not use this - I stick with auto tune so far, but some one who understands tuning could fine tune this way.
There are more robust tuners, but you asked "for the money".

The great thing about the Power Vision is, it comes delivered to you with a custom map for your bike already installed in it. You can plug it in load the new tune into your bike, unplug it and be riding with the new tune in five minutes. And you can't beat the unlimited technical support.
Below is a Overview of EFI options, hope this helps you out
