I'm in Michigan, but I've been riding a couple times already. I couldn't wait on the rain any longer.
Mostly riding primary roads, where the traffic has blown away most of the salt.
some of the corners are dirty tho.
Glad to see the rain tho. next week looks to be a little warmer too.
we had all day rain here in st Louis yesterday with some down pours. on the way to work, while it was pouring, I saw a dude on a soft tail standard riding. Now I ride to work daily myself, but I will not leave on the bike if its raining. dude was hard core yesterday.
Im south of you OP raining here also, been raining all morining it just stoped around 11:30 and they are calling for sunshine this afternoon. So I think im taking a evening ride. I have been out a few times in the last month its hard to wait. But good to see
some rain finally.
By the way i seen a pic of your bike at a pumpkin patch a couple of weeks ago, cool pic.
I have had the bike out twice in warren/romeo...Salt washes off....not to mention...and I can talk for everyone...but if your bike has as much wax on it as mine does...a few rides this time of year is fine. 2005 RG 88000 miles. No rust...lol
I hear you! FINALLY rained here in N.W. Ohio today.....rained good and hard for a few hours.....Sun is slowly making an appearance right now....Roads are hopefully de-salted somewhat.....been a really long winter
