What's involved in mounting the new Aggressor wheels onto a 2012 FLHX (with out ABS) or is it just a straight forward installation?

Last page lists what you need - installation kit 41455-08C
A 12 FLHX nonABS has choice (front) of 17x3, 18x3.5, 19x3.5.
Lists bearings, axle sleeves, shims, valve stem, etc Aggressor brake rotors sold separate.
Do the same for rear
