126 and that was all she had. Not a pleasant feeling on a Bagger.

Interesting question. When I was younger, about 5 bikes ago, I always took my bike to top speed as soon as it was properly broken in. Well, I guess I am older and wiser, andhave changed my standards. I now take them up to One hundred and that seems to satisfy my interest. I do know my 07 will do one hundred......CJ

One more thing, if you do like speed you need to ride one of the new BMW's. To me Harley's don't feel rightover 100MPH. Those dang BMW's really like top end. Again, a few bikes ago I had a BMW that the book said it would do 140 MPH. At 120 I actually felt safe, the faster you went the smoother it ran. Harley motors can make some strange sounds at 120 MPH, atleast the ones I have been on and man do they shake. I mean you feel like all hell is ready to break loose. But I guess we are all made different, so some might be comfortable with that. However, if you want to try 150 MPH I strongly suggest to test drive a BMW....CJ

I got all that speed out of me when I was younger with those sport bikes and lived to tell about all the scenery I missed at 100mph or more. Got older and wiser and got the harley, started it up let the clutch out and said now this is cruising... I only have to go A TO B Till about 85mph and feel the torque and I'm good these days. Get to check out the sights now too!!! What a country, sooooo far....

Not an '07, but I had my stage 1 88" up to 120 mph on the speedo. That was 2-up on a long straightway with a slight downhill slope to it.

Haven't had a chance yet to push the new build, but I'm sure it will do at least 120 and more.
