Default 07 Flhx stalling
Bike has been cutting off at times when coming to a stop. It acts like the idle stumbles and then shuts down. It has a pc3, s/e heavy breather and rinehart 2 into 1 pipe.
Any places to start would be appreciated

IAC stepper motor possibly. PC3 possibly. Any codes? Does it only do it when warm?

Change the crank position sensor (CKP).

Assuming your 07 has EFI could possibly be:

* Dirty IAC & or dirty throttle plate.

* TPS going bad (if it has one)

* 02 sensor issue.

* Dirty Injectors ,( But if its running well/normal other then when you let off the throttle to idle then you would think it wasn't dirty injectors.)

BTW,is the ECU throwing any codes?

............... if the bike is occasionally difficult to start then I'd suspect the IAC.

I had the exact same problem. Tried cleaning the IAC valve numerous times and still had the same stalling. Then had the TPS (throttle position switch) changed and presto! No more stalling.

My 07 does the same thing. Cleaning the IAC fixes it every time.
