What are those handle looking things on either side of the seat? They must move as one is farther forward than the other.

Passenger footpegs maybe?!?

That's not a bagger (i.e. Touring bike), that's a Softail with saddlebags. Well, Softail configuration anyways.

doesn't really matter.. Unless you can see what suspension it has you can't really say either way

Foot pegs for sure, they are the same as the passenger Highway pegs i have on my ultra. That seating position would be interesting for the girl on the back, she is basically in the hucklebuck, which is feet behind ears sex position.
