Default Anyone riding two-up w/Progressive 944 Ultra Low Shocks?

Very few reviews on the new Progressive 944 Ultra Low shocks. I'm looking for anyone that rides two-up often and uses these shocks. If so, can you please tell me what you think about the ride. Do you have any scraping issues? Also, if you don't mind, what's your weight and maybe the weight of your passenger. I've heard the Heavy Duty spring may be to stiff for us. I weight 140 and my wife is 125. Any information will be helpful. I'm currently using Bitchin Baggers shocks which dropped me 1.5 inches. The ride is nice, but it would be nice to be a tad lower.

Progressive was very helpful when I swapped to 944 & monotubes. From what I remember you will be far from heavy enough for the 'HD'. I am at 200+ & wifey is 115 maybe, running std springs with no issues. There are better shocks if you want to spend the money but I am happy with ride and handling.
Give 'em a call, they want you to be happy & am told will respring

Do you have any issues with cornering or bottoming out? Do you mind me asking how tall you are ? How do the shocks do over bumps? Thanks for your earlier reply.

I'm 6'
they may have bottomed on some of the hardest hits but not usually. Corners pretty well not like the Ducati though and doesn't drag floorboards except in the faster sharp turns (which you can do on a stock bike) although I am a little slower then many

Are you using the 944 touring shocks that lower the bike one inch or the 944 ultra low shocks that lower the bike 2 inches?

Don't worry about it. At 6', I'm sure you're not using the low shocks. Thanks anyway.

I got the ultra touring 944 HD, me and the OL are close to the 375# together and the I keep the adjustment between the middle and softest setting, so IMO, HD may be too much for you.
I am 5'6" and the shocks did a huge difference, but so did the MCC seat. Ride is good but I have bottomed up in big holes, I knew I have to compromise in order to be flatfooted.

I have a 2011 Road King 95% riding 2 up. My weight 205, wifey 125. Installed the 944 ultra low with heavy duty spring. Absolutely way better than the air shocks, no more bucking horse feeling on the freeway when you hit a bump at 65. Also installed Progressive Monotube, 1 inch lower in front and rear. Bike rides Amamzing. This should be the first thing you do to your bike.
