Default turn signal problem

I have asked this question on a other forum and have not been able to solve the problem yet. Hopefully someone over here can help:
I have a 2009 road glide. Last week while riding I pushed the left turn signal button. Both lights came on, along with the arrow on the dash, but they did not blink. They only stayed lit, and since then, are lit constantly but do not blink, along with the arrow on the dash. When both turn signal switches are pressed the hazards work on all 4 corners.
I have tried the following:
1. The correct new bulbs front and back. Original ones looked fine
2. Took the right side bulbs out and put them on left side. They stayed lit also.
3. Replaced the light relay in the fuse box.

After trying the previous "Fixes" I still have the same problem. The fairing was last off in early march for a handlebar swap at the dealer, so I don't really think wires were pinched then.
I have pulled the bulbs out for the time being and still ride the bike but I want this PIA problem fixed. Any suggestions?

probably a bad ground, you'll have to trace the wires

I had a bad left turn switch on my '09 couple weeks ago. Here's link to some troubeshooting techniques I wrote might help you isolate. Check DTC codes to see if you're throwing code. I'd check switches first and if they checkout good then could possibly be TSSM.

Thanks for the replies guys. I forgot to mention I did the code and nothing showed up. I don't know if that helps or hurts. I am a electrical idiot, I am much more comfortable pulling a motor than trying to figure wiring out.

Once again thanks again for the replies and if you guys or anyone else thinks of something please reply.

Did you try disconnecting the battery or pulling the main fuse then hooking it back up to see if maybe things will reset?

You probably have a wire pinched together. Trace it back from you TSSM. Probably in the harness and going to be hard to spot. While back, someone went round and round. Dealer finally found it under seat. Pull the bulbs and the TSSM. See if you show a connection with your resistance ohmmeter between both side. Will show you if they are shorted together. The sides of the sockets will show just like touching the two probes together. The bottom contacts should not.

Your going to need a HD Maintenance Manual for the wiring diagrams to troubleshoot along with volt/ohm meter. If you have bud with some basic electronics skills buy him a 12 pak and you guys will figure it out
