I can't figure out how to do this, Went into Navigation and hit menu, hit Import had my route on a thumb drive and plugged into the usb cable. My routes are in GPX file format. It did not pick them up, do I need to make a folder to put them in? When I did it on the Zumo I needed a folder titled Gamin with a sub folder titled GPX for the GPS to find them. Do I need to do something like that with the Harley Nav system?

No. The GPX files must be in the root directory of the USB drive you are using.
