Thank you sir!

This Spring I plan to install the following performance parts:
1) Arlen Ness Big Sucker (w/ OEM cover)
2) Vance & Hines Power Duals
3) Vance & Hines Hi-Output Slip-Ons
4) Vance & Hines Fuelpak FP3

Any thoughts, opinions or advice would be much appreciated.
I wouldn't say that it has no benefit at all especially compared to the Big Sucker which is one of the best flowing intakes available. However the stock intakes from 2014 are greatly improved and are not a limiting factor on mild builds like they previous ones were.
What I would say is that of the parts you have listed I'd drop the Big Sucker and the FP3 and get a higher end tuner that will be better at growing with the bike come cam and or big-bore time. Fuel moto guys do a pretty good job of sending out their PCV with a preliminary tune for most common setups and the V&H stuff you are selecting definitly fall into that category. Afterwards they will send you tune updates as you/if you/when you change/add components. The PCV will autotune also and there are a lot of local tuners around who are familiar with them for when you decide to get it up on a Dyno.
