29400159 Adapter Gasket
The rubber adapter from the SE kit is 29400159. I checked and both the Arlen Ness kit and the Drag conversion filter seem to be made with the rubber bit molded on the filter - could be HD wouldn't let them make a separate part or someone other than Ness is making that SE kit.

So, are you saying that installing an Arlen Ness Big Sucker Kit (with an OEM cover) on a stock 2014 Road King will have no benefit, performance wise?
This Spring I plan to install the following performance parts:
1) Arlen Ness Big Sucker (w/ OEM cover)
2) Vance & Hines Power Duals
3) Vance & Hines Hi-Output Slip-Ons
4) Vance & Hines Fuelpak FP3
Any thoughts, opinions or advice would be much appreciated.

What I would say is that of the parts you have listed I'd drop the Big Sucker and the FP3 and get a higher end tuner that will be better at growing with the bike come cam and or big-bore time. Fuel moto guys do a pretty good job of sending out their PCV with a preliminary tune for most common setups and the V&H stuff you are selecting definitly fall into that category. Afterwards they will send you tune updates as you/if you/when you change/add components. The PCV will autotune also and there are a lot of local tuners around who are familiar with them for when you decide to get it up on a Dyno.
