Default A/ B Mode button on Odometer not working

OK Now the A/ B mode button is not working for the odometer. Speed and lights in dial working but I can't get into A or B miles, only shows total milage on bike.

Any ideas ???

Its just a momentary switch. Switch and boot (separate parts) together are like $15. Easy swap.

It looks like the reset switch has 2 black wires that are inserted into the interconnect harness connector that goes to the speedometer. I guess you would have to pop those 2 pins out of the connector to remove/replace the switch.
Before anything else I would try to remove the rubber cap from the switch and spray some electrical contact cleaner into the switch and see if that gets it working. I had success with that once before.

My speedo was doing the same thing. I replaced switch with this one.

You'll have to take the outer fairing off to replace switch. Just cut the wires on old switch and butt connect or solder new switch to wires. It doesn't matter which wires you hook up to each other.
