I have skulls on my bike, hand grips, heel - toe shifter and foot pegs on my engine guard. I also have my old army call sign and unit painted on the back of my tour pack - Deathstalker 6, D/1 - 34 Armor. Thats the main reason for me. Reliving the glory years.
Brother had them all over his last bike. When he traded for the SG he has now, they didn't seem to fit the bike, he said. Luckily, we found someone who wanted to buy the whole set.
Me? Not my taste but I'm not riding the bike(or making payments)which has them all over so I could care less. I originally wanted to do the "Live To Ride, Ride To Live" them but after riding some and thinking it over, I've gone with smooth chrome on any part I buy. Just what I want for my bike.
I can understand the "LIVE TO RIDE, RIDE TO LIVE", the Service badges (Army, AF, N, Marines). What i don't get is the skull!
What is it you guys think is good or cool about a skull?
If I have to explain, you wouldn't understand.
My feelings exactly!
Ride Safe,
Mike
