I'm 6'1" and use 8" Freedom Shields. Perfect. Get the 6" and things will be alright, alright alright... Ride safe!

Hard to go wrong with Clearview. I had good luck with both of mine and if you call them they can help get the right one for you.

cut a couple inches off the stocker, cut on the bottom. then you'll get a better idea of what height works best.

I'm sure you were thinking of Klock Werks.
I have had Clearview, I currently have Long Ride Shields. They are both good products. 8" or 9" should be perfect for you. LRS always runs great deals. I actually bought two last time because they were half price.

Good idea, especially if your old shield is at the end of its useful life,if you are going to toss it anyways just slice an inch or so at a time and test ride it,when you find the height you like give LRS a call.
