I have been trying to diagnose my intermediate stumble, I took my 2007 electra glide classic out to try to recreate the stumble, I noticed it was strong until around 2000 - 2500 RPM and it started to feel sluggish and then it would start to stumble, tonight I started it up and tried to hold 2500 RPM in neutral and after a couple seconds the RPMs dropped to 1500 without moving the throttle, I have a stock set up with slip ons, I put a pcv on this spring and I noticed a stumble at idle the first time firing her up with the pcv on but it onle happened the one time, I disconnected the pcv while diagnosing but I have not reconnected the o2 sensors.
Assuming you have cleaned the Intake Air Temperature Sensor and Manifold Air Pressure Sensor... I'd look into the possibility of the Air Control Idle motor and/or the Crank Position Sensor faulting...
