Mine are nearly invisible, 1/8 NPT fittings and a couple 90* fittings, They can fit horizontally (Notice left side a little higher to clear TB servo)with dual 1/4"hoses to a Y then down between Inner Primary and Transmission.

At the time, I was concerned the 2/16" ID might be too small, however it does puff air well when engine is running. I get a little condensation from the end of the hose but no noticeable oil.

Do you guys think the 2/16" ID is too small? Maybe I should look for 3/16" ID vacuum line and swap it out. Here's some pics of my TB bypass...

Thanks
You will be fine I ran mine using the same size as the stock line size on my 15 Ultra Classic. I just replaced the stock elbow with a long hose from the T ,been like that for several thousand miles no issues.

I ran mine over the top and followed the fuel overflow hose down to the ground. It's unnoticeable and works great. Been like that for 16000 miles.

Do you have the part number for the kuryakyn catch canister that you put on your bike? I looked on kuryakyn's website and couldn't find it. Thanks.

Kuryakyn 9931 Bluegrass catch tank. If i remember i used 1/4" line from nipple on bracket to tee and 3/8" line from tee to the canister. The top of canister is 1/2" 3/8" line will stretch enough to go over the nipple on top of catch tank.
