Plus I get the adventure of taking the fairing off!
You get that adventure no matter which route you take

Paul has great fairings but you pay $40-$50 shipping each way. You can buy a new fairing from Harley for $550 if you go to Boardtracker, free shipping. Then you have your take off to sell or keep. Depends on what your needs are.

Paul's price ($350) is the same if he installs it or he ships it to me. Doesn't quite seem right. But if he was close I'd let him do it. Him doing it in less than an hour will beat the week I have my bike apart. Oh well, not riding season right now anyway.
