Default Fairing Wires

Good morning everyone, I have a 2001 FLHTC. There are two extra wires connected to the headlight switch that I wondering what they are for. One is Orange and white, other is black. Orange is constant hot with bike on. I'm assuming they are for additional accessories??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Buddy

If I remember correctly they have something to do with international models, but you are correct, they come in handy for an extra accessory power supply up front......

yup, power leads for the HDI model that has a position lamp in the headlight bucket. I use them to power the halos for my headlight/fog lamps. It's good for whatever you're wiring that needs switched power. Remote lead for an amplifier is also a good use.

Yes, international hook up. I have a HALO ring hooked up to mine.
