Default Adding communication system between bikes

I recently bought a 2006 Road King Classic. I like it so much, I may get rid of my 66 Electra Glide, but that's another story! It doesn't have a fairing or radio, but it does have the removable windshield. My wife has a 2014 Tri Glide with all the bells and whistles. My question, how can we set up a communication system between the two bikes? I don't really want to add anything to my handlebars as I just installed 14 inch Ape Hangers and love the look.

Something like this. I've been looking at them myself.

We have the Sena smh5 for my wife and I. She rides her own bike. Works great. We had a Scala for years till the batteries went south. With the Sena smh5, you can bluetooth to your phone and play music and even share it to her.

We use the Sena 20s, crisp clear communication between us. Takes a little work to install them in the helmets.

Second on the Sena 20s systems and work well. Early systems had some issues but believe that has been resolve and Sena replaced my module under warranty. Intercom works great but not as long of range as they say but still good. Allows my iphone to play music and lower the music volume when using the GPS maps. Phone calls are amazing as I have had people call me while doing 80 mph down the highway and they think I am sitting at home. I have a 2009 Streetglide with a 3/4 Harley helmet. Music sounds good and depending on the source fairly loud. Some is a little lower than I would like at above 80 mph. Overall I love the system and its capabilities. Like previously said takes a little bit to get mounted in the helmets but not to bad.

My wife and I ride two up, also have our own bikes and use Schuberth helmets with their built in blue-tooth intercom, developed with Cardo Scala, who sell their own branded kits.

Another vote for Sena products. I started with a SMH10 a few years ago & last year convinced a riding buddy of the benefits, so we picked up a pair of the 20s's. Now I'll put my old SMH10 on a helmet for the wife to wear.
