I have problem with local dealer in india, they have delievered wrong bike to me and now not helping me with it,
Can anyone help me to get in touch with Harley davidson india .

My father had a similar experience with Toyota.
They delivered him the wrong truck and told him it was the right one.
He went to the area rep to get it addressed.
The dealer ship ended up bring him a new truck (to his house) and picked up the incorrect truck.
All they have to do is run the vin to know if you got the bike you ordered.

When I had that same exact problem, I was given the phone #1-800-ItsYourProblem
I'm not sure it's still connected though...good luck
