My Road Tech Zumo 550 will not shut off. Touch Screen does not function. How do I get it to shut off? The power button is ineffective as well.

Answer: Hold down the power button on the bottom right hand side of the unit and the "-" (minus) button on the top left side of the unit at the same time. The unit will do a hard shutdown automatically. Hit the power button to power up the unit. I learned that on my own but it worked.

They lock up sometimes, you can also pull the battery for a couple of minutes. Put it back in and you should be good to go.
