I have watched many you tube videos on this stuff and it is touted and being able to do everything. I almost bought into it but did not for these reasons:
1. Products that are shown as the "miracle of the ages" or a solution to all issues ALWAYS ends up being snake oil
2. Those who say it is amazing surely are buying into the hype. People can talk themselves into anything to save face.
3. Nothing removes oxidation without mechanical intervention. There is no way that it could take off oxidation like that unless it is super caustic.
4. I can buy a hell of a lot of proven waxes and polishes for what they are asking for this stuff.
I use it on my denim glide as there are not a lot of products to protect it. It works but it is way over priced. I don't use it on my vivid black bike. I wax gloss paint. Bugs do come off easier. Clean up between rides is easier. Never tried it on wheels.
I have had a few friend's swear this was the holy grail of polish......
Apparently, they have never learned to do a proper detail...
I tried it, not impressed, way overpriced.....
I can do better with a wash, clay bar, polish, and sealant..
One thing I didn't like... NO WHERE on their website does it say what this stuff is made of, at least I couldn't find it... I sent them a question about it's contents and never received an answer..... it's not some new secret formula or they'd be getting a patent, it's probably something simple like a floor wax derivative or such...
PS- closest thing to a holy grail polish I have found is Rejex, until recently, I never had a place to put my vehicles, out of the sun, where the Rejex could cure.... but back when I did, I put it on my black vette after wash/clay/polish, as a sealant. I left it out of the sun for 12 hrs, applied a second coat, let that cure... WOW! I haven't seen anything shine better or last longer... Almost forgot all about it... time to get another bottle!
Don't need no stinking F11 Topcoat!

Topcoat says its a sealant. Sealants are not the holy grail, not even close. Check out the auto detailing forums and you will see that paint coatings are the "Game Changer". They are expensive and require extra prep work, but nothing last as long or stays as clean as a paint coating. I have my RG and Avalanche coated with 22PLE, I recommend this to my customers also. Its easy to work with, last 3-5 years, and looks incredible. If they don't want to spend the coin on a coating Ill use Backfire or 4Star paint sealant. I haven't waxed a customers car in years. Absolute dust magnet and doesn't last in FL
I like Purple Slice, great people, great product. Really easy to use and leaves a nice layer on till next time you wash it. And, spray wash it 1st to get the big stuff off before you hit it with the Slice.... And yes, they are friends of mine, but we use it here at the shop by the gallons......
Dunno why anyone would buy a denim-finished bike. In addition to looking unfinished, depending on the bike it's on, it is difficult to maintain without damage. If you ruin vivid, it's just a matter of polishing it.
Sorry you had trouble with it; did you get it rectified?
Not rectifiable by any means I have found yet, but we are still looking into some other options. If we figure it out I will be posting followups in the referenced thread.
Thanks.

Ive had 3 vivid black Harleys and now a denim black. Obviously looks are subjective but Ive had more compliments on the denim than any of the previous. Its also much easier to keep clean and maintain.
