Default Lights not Functioning Properly

Just installed this light kit (Tour-Pak Wrap Around LED Light Kit #67931-11) to my 2009 Street Glide and I'm not getting the lights to work properly. I double checked my wiring and connections according to the instructions and still not working right.
When I apply the brakes I get the left section coming on and no center section. With the left turn signal on it works correctly but with the right one the center and right sections are blinking. I'm stumped at this point so if anyone has heard of this I'd really appreciate the help.

Was this light kit plug and play or did you have to splice the wires? Judging by your question i'm going to say splice.Back track all your work, test each wire.label each wire on both the light bar and bike.Once thats done you should be able to wire it up correctly.

Actually it was plug and play. I did have to insert the pin connectors in the pin housings, but I not only double and triple checked my work. I had another guy look at it too and he can't see anything out of place. I'm beginning to think that I may have a faulty light set. Went back and traced wiring all the way back to the factory plug before I installed the Y-Harness.

Is this part a harley part or an after market?either way something isn't right. If its plug and play it should work.Maybe your right, a defective part.Your 100 % sure you put the right pins in the right spot, all it takes is 1 wire to screw every thing up.

1340hog, yes its genuine HD parts and i am totally positive that everything is in the correct locations. I think I might have the dealer take a look at it for me too. I even checked the voltage right before it goes into the solid state module, so I'm stumped.
