Default Intercom Problem

I just bought a set IMC head sets that worked great but after about the 3rd trip the wife said she heard a like a pop or scrape sound then I could not hear her anymore but she could still hear me and the radio just fine. So we switched headsets and hers works perfect up front still but mine did not in the back. So that tells me the headsets still work good. I checked the 7 pin connectors an have continuity through all except 1 but that one could be a normally open circuit I don't know anybody have a suggestions on what I could check next ? Just an FYI its a 14 Tri Glide. Thanks

Sounds like you'v isolated the problem to the rear Jack and its associated wiring. My next step wiuld be to trace the wiring and see if it's rubbed through or broken somewhere. I'd also check the PTT switch and its wiring. I'd use the FSM, or better yet the Electrical Service Manual, to check for routing , wire colors, etc.
