I ordered a pair of Bitubo shocks from Dk customs, they are everything they said they were. Great improvement over stock air shocks. I put them on my 06 Ultra and could not be happier!
On another note, I ordered a Tank lift kit from them and received it in about 5 working days from the US. I'm in Canada. Everything was perfect and I'm totally happy with their service as well.
I installed my Bitubos and notice a difference from the stock HD hand adjustables but I wasnt blown away. I can tell theres a greater amount of travel but the ride itself is still pretty stiff at the moment. Theyll need some fine tuning but Im going to put 750-1k miles on them before making any adjustments. This way I know theyre broke in first.
The people at DK Custom are real riders who come up with this stuff after finding a real need for it. Stuff like Trike Rear Wheel Axle Bearing Retaining Plates, and the Oil Filter Relocation Kit. Simple **** that works and does something that Harley should have done to begin with, or fixes a designed in screw up that Harley designed into their rides. I’ve purchased a set of the Bearing Plates for the day my 2016 Trike needs them, and plan on getting the Relocation Kit/Cooling Kit as soon as I can do it without the wife catching me spending the money (or I sell my S&W Model 29 44Mag that’s framed on the wall, which ever comes first).
Followup note: Ordered my Oil Filter Relocation Kit And Oil Cooler Kit yesterday. Dawn at DK Custom is going to hold off mailing them to me until the end of July as I will be out of town until then. That brings up the reason for this post: If every company was as easy, and as nice, and as good too deal with as the people at DK Custom the manufacturing industry in this country would be in absolutely great shape. They are the most professional, nicest, and customer oriented people you will ever deal with. Just buying from them makes you want to go back and buy something else from them because they treat you like family. Its the kind of shopping experience you dont get very often. I always end up feeling like I got the best deal of the day. If you are looking to improve your ride (and believe me when I say if you put anything they make on your ride it will be improved) then check them out.

Honestly I wouldnt know since I ordered and installed the Delux Kit from the beginning. I will tell you its easy as heck to install, took all of about an hour. (And I AM NOT the most mechanically inclined individual.) Their recommendation about using a shop towel to prop up the front of the tank after you unbolt the front was great - worked perfectly. You dont have to undo any hoses at all (unless you have an older ride with the crossfeed). I honestly dont think youre going to have a fuel use problem, and if you think you might just get the Delux Kit - its worth the few bucks for the added cooling.
DK is the best. I have ordered a few things from them over the past few years. Great products, by great people. And willing to answer every question I can throw at them. They even said "I dunno" when needed versus blowing some BS at me. They have become the first place I look when I have an idea of what I want.
I can't say enough good things about their cooling wings; solved ALL my buffeting issues.
