I want to remove the batwing off of my 96 Electra glide. Never had a bike with one on it. I' not sure on removing all the acess wiring harnesses,

LOL @ bathing. Thought this was going to be an interesting post.

 

I tried a bathing removal. Only problem was after a couple of days, I couldn't stand my own smell. Went back to bathing. As for Batwings? I love mine and would never think of a bike without one except for a Road King loaded up when needed. That sure would be easier than removing my fairing.

I haven't taken a bath in years. But I do shower daily.

But if I didn't want a touring bike with a fairing I would have bought a Road King.

Oh yeah, still have one.
