How did you test the battery to make sure its good … a load test is needed to make sure none of the cells are bad. There is a thread on this site somewhere that has step by step for checking the charging system … never used it but have seen links to it. Timm

I took it to autozone for a load test

Don’t panic yet...
Posts 4&5 give a number of things to investigate. Have you gone that far yet to eliminate those “connections” as being suspect? What are your running voltages at the battery in reference to what nobodyknowsme posted?

Oh, and the Full Service Manual...best idea ever...get it.

Well. Apparently the stator should be pushing more like 70v instead of 24. I finally brought it to the shop and I’m gonna just let them deal with it. Not looking forward to seeing the $$ for it though. I will reply again once the mechanic lets me know something. Thanks guys, and yep, I’m getting that manual.
