Your battery has a strong possibility of being dead.
Remove battery and have it tested.
Battery plus bulbs or advance autoparts will have the AGM battery cheaper than dealer by about $60.
Battery plus bulbs has an online discount code that can be used online.
Advance auto parts allows you to pull a discount code on your computer , then order it/pay for it and then pick-up the battery at a store in about an hour.
That may be true, but it can still be the battery. My buddy has a 17 Limited that exhibited the same symptoms as you. The first thing I asked him was about the battery. His response was "It's only two years old and I keep it on a tender." After having the bike towed to the dealer, guess what? Yep, the battery.
I have a bypass button, but you can remove the cover on the starter selonoid, press the selonoid with the plastic end of a screwdriver. Make sure its in neutral. Ignition switch doesnt need to be on.

Sounds like loose connection battery-starter. Ur only working with 12VDC? The current demand by the starter is huge! Any reduction in VDC as the result of loose/dirty connections will result in significant voltage drops.
That said, the connections won't take a lot of tightening torque. Very easy to strip the threads. That happens and ur truly doomed!
A battery being charged and a battery being good are two different things.
A battery can show voltage but not have enough amps to meet the demand of starter.
Was the battery LOAD tested or just checked for voltage?
The battery requires very good contacts to spin the starter.. check to make absolutely sure that all 4 FOUR ends of your battery cables are tight.
To clarify: Each battery cable has TWO ends...those ends on each cable must be tight.
