Wind noise???

Wind noise???

O.K. I have a high pitch wind noise that I cannot find and it appears to be coming from some where towards the fairing??? Any help would be appreciated.

Must be something wrong with your bike and you better get it to the best over priced dealership there is right away. I never get wind noise when I ride my bikes.

Just a thought , check your axle shaft and see it it is facing front to back and if it is just to determine if it is the culprit stuff some paper or something in it to see if it stops. If it does just turn it up and down.

Is it a buffering noise maybe comming from your helmet could be a hole range of things.

Check the vent wing window seal, might not be allowing the vent to close and lock completely.

Mine starts getting wind noise around 20mph... it gets progressively worse whenever I increase speed, at 120mph it’s rediculous. It is completely gone when I’m sitting at stop lights and stop signs. I’ve for sure narrowed it down to the fact that it only happens when the bike is in motion.

Just wanted to let the OP know he’s not in this fight alone.

While we’re talking about noises does anyone else have an issue with noise coming from exhaust pipes when they start their bikes? Mine does and it seems to increase when I twist the throttle. I’ve noticed that it seems to be in line with RPM’s when I look at the tach?? Weird!!!
