I'm running Öhlins and love them, however I installed a set of Legends on a friends bike recently and they rode amazing too.
Guess I need to pay more attention. Over 90,000 miles the last 4+ years on the hand adjustable. I haven't noticed a issue!

So what's the spring rate of the right & left springs?

Moved from the Rushmore section. The 2019s are M8s, not Rushmores.

Interesting . . . . I assumed everything from 2014 and up were Rushmore’s since they share all of the project Rushmore upgrades (Vents, Bags, Suspension, Infotainment, CANBUS, etc)

I put a set of 12in adjustable on my '09 RG, rides way better then the air shocks. I have them set on 1. Im 200lbs wife is 110. -1 monotones in the front.
They are better but there is so much room for improvement. Very harsh on some bumps, its not bottoming out just harsh.
The harshness matches the monotones upfront though. Maybe suspension improvements will be the next project

The stock setup on Rushmore HDs absolutely sucks, and replacing it with premium shocks should be the first upgrade that you do.
Look up Carol Burks (Smarty) on roadglide.org and heed his advice. I went with 13" Ohlins HD 159s on my RGS.
I just put the 159's on my '19CVO. I used to have me feet on the ground, now I'm on my toes. Carol is going to help me setup the bike. What a great guy!
