Installed some new bars. Bushing question

Thank you all for the responses tons of great info!
i am using the stock torque spec so I will try to snug them up more and if not I’ll try some different bushings. Thanks guys!

My stock bars vibrated the like crazy at idle. When changing bars I discovered they could have been torqued down further. When I installed my new poly bushings I torqued the **** out of them. Solid as a rock and actually have less vibration.

Ive been looking at 12" KST for my 18 SGS that I bought new just under a year ago.....if i get the bars im wanting, should i go ahead and replace the bushings? Is it good practice to do that since I will have the stock bars off even if they are less than a year old?

Yes, stock bushings are soft. There are better aftermarket out there.
