Installing/Removing the tour pack by myself is very hard. Is there any kind of trolley, or jack or something that can help in the heavy lifting operation?
Especially what I have to center the hooks to install it.
Thanks

you have to be careful that you do not scratch the fender by putting on the tour pack Or taking off

Just a thought....

You can remove the 4 nuts that hold the tour pack to the removable rack, and lift the tour pack straight up and off the bike.

Then it will be much easier to remove the rack from the bike's 4pt mounts. The rack will be much lighter and it will greatly minimize the chances of scratching the fender....

Putting it on will be much easier too..

Mount the rack into the 4pt docking system, set the tour pack on the rack, and then put the 4 nuts on the tour pack mounting screws... Done!!

FWIW...
On my 2016 bagger, I have the 4pt docking system. I use it for a sissy bar and rear fender rack.
For big trips with the wife, I pull the sissy bar, fender rack, and 4pt docking system... I install the OEM mount (4 bolts) and then the tour pack (4 nuts) and I'm good to go. IMHO, it's easier and doesn't take much more time than trying to put on the tour pack with a 4pt mount, and run the risk of scratching the fender... YMMV..

Another option, if you're willing to rig something up is this bike repair stand.

A buddy has a bicycle repair shop and uses one of these for the heavy e-bikes. You can add a rolling platform and rig a steel "fork" to place in the bike clamps. The forks would go under the tourpak rack or just outside of it. It's electrically operated to go up or down. It's pricey, but an option. They also make a cheaper version that uses any air pump for lifting here.

Here's a YT vid of it

I took trino off my road king, and now it barely gets rode. So nice having the space. Easier than bags. Jackets, chaps, and hoodies for 2 people fill up bags fast.

I wonder how much and empty tour pack really matters for weight

Swinging leg on is probably easier without trunk.
