am aware of the updated cam plate etc, but too often I'm back searching the forum to fix a problem and there's photos of part X, Y or Z but no identifier to the year and model of the bike. It can lead to a lot of confusion to the average Joe reading a thread 3 years from now. At that, the M8 & Twin Cam are different engines despite a common part. Thanks.

I posted about this back in early 2016 I believe. At the time I had a 2010 Ultra Classic w/96” and I think about 75,000 miles. I think I posted pics, how I ride, etc.

I’m not very proficient in this online stuff; you can probably do a search with my name. I’ll try to locate it and see if I can repost too

It was Feb 2017 under “Hyd cam tensioner wear”. There’s a fairly lengthy thread; probably some things other guys said that you’d like to hear.

Just upgraded to the Screaming Eagle Hydraulic Cam Chain Tensioner Upgrade kit at 41,000 miles.
