HTH.
Joey is the tech that set my bike up. Very knowledgeable, takes time to explain settings.

Two up I adjust 6 full turns on preload to keep the 1" sag. Can't recall my rebound settings, will have to look. I always reset preload/sag for 1 or 2 up. It is a bit of a pain, that is my only complaint. There is a noticeable difference in the ride. Got lazy and didn't reset for 2 up recently. Pulled into a restaurant at a rally and really bottomed out on there driveway transition, lesson learned. I do try and keep the threads clean and if possible (when home) I lift the rear of the bike when adjusting preload. I bought directly from Ohlins a few years ago at a rally. I can't say enough good about those guys, top notch.

I would love to try a set of Pro Action shocks just to compare. They would be my other consideration if I was in the market today.
My wife and I are similar to you and your weights. Also running a 25nm spring. Solo preload is almost identical as is my 2up setting to yours. I did add an extra turn since my bags are loaded with 2 6x9's and I have a king sized pack.

Still playing with rebound, anywhere from 12 - 15 clicks so far.

When I run the Tour Pak I add two more full turns, rides like a dream. Funny thing, the shocks like heavy better than light. The 27nm springs were just to stiff for me but some lighter guy like them. I ride spirited but am not a canyon carver on a 2002 bagger. I'll check and see where I'm at on the dampening setting.

What did you adjust? My HD 357’s with the reservoir are amazing. Did you get the right spring rate

I'd be curios to know the spring rate too. Don't the Revo's only have a "standard or heavy duty" spring choice? Don't see how that can out perform a custom spring rate set up for specific rider and passenger combinations.

With both of us on the bike at 6 turns I again have 1" of sag (measured by another person, top of axle spacer to fixed point).
Interesting on your pre load adjustment. I am running 13" HD159's on an FLHTK. My pre load adjuster ring is almost half way down the shock body which gives me 1" of static sag and 12mm of free sag using 25nm springs. I weigh 195lbs. My rebound setting is 16 clicks out. Wonder why are setting are so different?

Mine are identical to his...also have a 25nm spring. What is the length of your spring? Mine is 220mm

As stated, spring length probably has a lot to do with it. Ohlins has both 200 mm and 220 mm 25N springs. It's the lightest strait wound spring they have for those shock bodies.. Depending on the shock body, shaft length preload can differ.. If the shock body and shaft length are the same, it can be the spring.
