Engine Fitment Question

I have a 2007 Streetglide with a 96" block. Would a 2016 motor mount up to the 2007 frame?

It should. S&S crate motors are stated as '07-'16 fitment on their website.

I’m pretty sure all the 96 and 103’s are the same as far
as interchanging

Might have to remove the forward top engine mount and install the 2007 style in the center of the heads but that shouldn't be a problem.

Just an update. 2016 motor bolts up just fine. Primary all fine etc. But....Theres ALWAYS a but! I switched to the new Screaming Eagle Compensator and had major issues on the primary side.

Just a quik what happened. In 2007 the Stator was a bolt in and go type stator. No spacer between rotor and inner stator as 2016 has. I found this out the hard way! Melted stator and a costly mistake. But the engine and stator is in and all runs like a scalded *** dawg now. Required the spacer $20 and a new stator.
