Default XM problem

I installed the xm module on my 14 ultra limited, worked great. Moved it to my 17 ultra limited, worked great. And now I moved it to my 19 ultra limit...the reception sucks every where. Moved the antenna to the dash, not any better, bought a new antenna and still the reception sucks. ANY IDEAS?

Sure sounds like its the new GTS. Just like it wont take iPods (maybe a new Touch but no Nanos).

It's my understanding that the 2019 and 2020 take a different xm module.

Make sure you haave the latest update to your Infotainment system. Easy dealer check.

If your '19 was an early manufacture date (prior June 2019), it did not come with the latest.

There were a ton of bugs in the earlier release.

On my 16 RGU with the Boom 6.5 GT my Sirius works good anywhere outside, it will cut out in the garage but even then usually will come back. I put the GTS head unit in my 16 RGU a couple weeks ago and took the Sirius module (PN# 76000351), that I bought 2 1/2 yrs ago, out of the GT and slid it right in to the new GTS stereo and it works exactly as it did in the GT. I did not even have to call Sirius in the process. I know my puck sits in a different location than they do on a batwing, but the Sirius reception seems to be functioning exactly the same on the GTS as it was with the GT. Also, I do have the latest Boom GTS update installed.
