Speaker problem

Follow up to my tour pack lighting problem.
previous owner added saddlebag speakers! However, even with hour ear against the speaker you can barely hear them. Anyone have suggestions on how to figure out the problem?
Yes, they are Harley speakers and there is an amp in the lady saddlebag.

Check the fade setting on the deck first

Did he run the rear speaker wire from the head unit or just splice into the front speaker wires? Splicing into the front wires could cause that.

Is it a stock head unit? Sounds like you have 2 amps, one in the fairing and one in the saddlebags. Also check the fuse to the rear amp, make sure its powered on.

Problem solved! The plug on the outside of the saddlebag wasn’t connected all the way.
