Default Broken wire connection

2018 ultra, purchased a few months ago just noticed the male end of this cable is broken and won't latch to the female. Anyone know what this cable is for, it runs between the back of seat and tourpack

Thought that's what it might be,radio works fine sitting in the garage so I wasn't sure. Thanks for the responses, I'll need to replace it before I head to Sturgis.

Save yourself some time, and money. Get a zip tie. Fasten the connector together, and zip tie it in a figure eight pattern. It won't come apart till you cut it off.

Did you cause the problem or is your warranty expired? There should be new plug parts available and the dealer would have the tool to remove the pins from the old plugs and insert them into new plug parts if you are so motivated.

Heat shrink tubing would work also.
