Hey all. So I am trying to clean my breather and ran across this. It doesnt look right. Anyone ever seen this? Is the TPS on wrong or wrong part? Thanks all in advance! Bought the bike from the local HD dealer a few years back and never really looked at it.
I'll agree it looks as if it's not seated in the throttle body correctly. Do you have a service manual ? I will take a look at mine later when i get the chance.
PFC1 will work mounted either direction, but it should be mounted with connector upwards, so it closes the gap on the back side between it and the TB.
Just make sure that when you re-install it, put it on the shaft with it cocked counter close wise, and you feel the spring tension as you rotate it clockwise to align the bolt holes to install the bolts.
Note, will not need to do a TPM relearn afterwards.
