Default Tourpack relocation
I am relocating the tourpack on 02 electra glide, All the harnesses are long enough to allow moving the tourpack back 2.5 inches except the harness for the tourpack lights.
it is a 3 pin flat connector, is there a pigtail extension I could use instead of cutting and splicing the 3 wires.

You could make one. Buy the male and female connectors, pins/sockets and some wire and you’re good to go.
