Hello all. I searched the posts (first) looking for conversion kits that will switch my 2011 hard bag lids from the old style to the new inside lever like the new ones. I seen one made by Bruckos but can't find any online and the advanblack one is Very expensive. Anyone know of a less expensive conversion kit..?? Thanks,
Go on Ebay or Amazon and just buy the 2014 bags. That's what I did and all you have to do to mount them is move the frame brackets to line up with holes in the new bags. I don't think there is room on the inside of the tops of the old bags to mount the hardware for the new style latches.

The Brukus went belly-up. They had some cool parts, but that lid conversion really never took off.
I think the only other mfg that had something was Fairing Plus. They have the parts, but it's for the Rushmore lids. They have a stretch saddlebag bottoms that will fit pre-Rushmore bikes, but at that price, you're better off getting the newer style bags. They sell a set for everything for about $500.

I got some stretched bags at a good deal and they are the older style lids....guess I will keep them for now....trying to not blow the budget on this rebuild project. Brokus and FP are the only kits I found mention of....have to admit kinda tempted to buy one of the $49 kits on Ebay and see if can do a conversion with it...better just stick with what I got...thanks
